Apart from that, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent, unless we are obliged to do so by order of a court or authority.

3. Cookies

We use cookies on our website and our marketplace. Cookies are small text files that are sent to your browser by our web server during your visit to our website / our marketplace and stored on your computer for later retrieval.

We use so-called session cookies (also known as temporary cookies), i.e. cookies that are stored temporarily exclusively while you are using our website / our marketplace. We use such cookies to improve the overall user-friendliness and effectiveness of our website. Such session cookies are deleted automatically as soon as you finish your session and close the Internet browser you use.

On our marketplace, we additionally use cookies that are stored on your computer beyond the end of your session and serve to improve the user-friendliness of our marketplace, for example by making the navigation easier or by storing information about the content of your software usage, in order to be able to display it to you the next time you visit our marketplace.

We neither collect nor store personal data in cookies in this regard, nor do we employ any technology to associate the information collected by cookies with user data.

You can determine yourself whether or not cookies can be set and retrieved by configuring the appropriate settings in your browser. For example, you can fully disable the installation of cookies, limit it to particular websites or configure your browser to automatically notify you and request your permission as soon as a cookie is to be set. For technical reasons, however, it is necessary to enable the above-mentioned cookies to use the functions of our website / our marketplace to their full extent.

4. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and enable your website usage to be analysed. In general, the information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to and stored on a Google server in the U.S. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the U.S. and shortened there. Google will use this information on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating your website usage, compiling website activity reports, and providing further services relating to website and Internet use to the website operator.

The IP address transferred by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data held by Google.

You can prevent the installation of cookies by making the appropriate setting in your browser software; however, you should be aware that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

Please note that Google Analytics is used on this website with the extension “_anonymizeIp()” and your IP address is thus only processed in shortened form, in order to rule out a direct reference to your person.

You can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie in relation to your website usage (incl. your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google at any time with effect for the future by downloading and installing the browser plug-in, which is available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

When browsing on mobile devices, you can alternatively prevent the collection of data by Google Analytics by setting an opt-out cookie that prevents the future collection of your data upon visiting this website. Please note: the opt-out cookie only works in the respective browser on which it is set. If you delete the opt-out cookie from this browser, you need to set it again by clicking on the link above.

5. Third-party contents

Contents of third parties, such as YouTube videos, Google Maps map material, or RSS feeds of other websites are integrated into our website. The prerequisite for this is that the providers of these contents identify the IP address of the users to be able to send the contents to the browser of the respective user. We endeavour to only integrate contents whose providers use the IP address exclusively for providing the contents. However, we are unable to prevent the respective providers from also using the IP address otherwise, for example for statistical purposes.

6. Data security

We take technical and organisational measures to protect the provided or collected personal data, in particular against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with the technological developments. Furthermore, our website and our marketplace are encrypted using SSL protocols to prevent access by unauthorised third parties.

7. Your rights

We hereby inform you that you may revoke your consent to the collection, processing, and use of personal data at any time with effect for the future.

In addition, you have the right to receive free-of-charge information on the personal data stored about you at any time in accordance with the statutory provisions. Furthermore, you can request the deletion, blocking, or correction of this data in accordance with the statutory provisions.

To this end, please send an email to privacy@clesgo.com or a letter to the address stated in Section 1.

8. Amendments to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time with effect for the future. The latest version is available on our website. Please visit the website regularly to find out about the applicable Privacy Policy.
